Hasta La Vista Arnold!! (A salty editorial)

By Corey Floyd
A few days ago James Cameron was talking about the pre-production stages for the next Terminator film. A franchise that’s a hollow shell of its former self. The rights to the metal killers return to Cameron in 2018 around the release of the next Avatar film. Which I have to admit I was excited to hear. That until Arnold said he’s coming back too.
I think it’s time for him to gracefully walk away. Know I understand that he was the staple character of the series but let’s be real he not terminator intimidating anymore. As a Terminator he doesn’t have the look anymore. He also starred in the last film and just sat there at let that terribly written movie happen he could have spoken up and told them to change it but he didn’t he just cashed a check.  Speaking of the look why did the explanation for why looked old in Genesis was better than the storyline of the damn movie? All these things shouldn't surprise me since the writers have a history of very shaky films more. misses than hits. Now Cameron has said that his movie will disavow the last one.
That movie was so bad. It tried to do an X-men Days of future past and in the process it caused Terminator 2 to never happen.
Also, forgot to mention that money wise it did not make much of its money back. The film's budget was 155 million dollars plus another 100 million for marketing it made 175 million profit but that's very low in comparison to other projects that came out that year.  I’m not sure what direction Cameron will push the franchise towards but I do think I know where it doesn’t need to go.
I think we need to look into a meaner, younger, newer Terminator. I’m thinking throw some red eyes in there and BOOM.

I love Arnold for his love for the franchise but I think it's time he said goodbye or should I say Hasta la vista from Amerime Media.

Alien Covenant! I have questions! (Spoiler Alert)

By Corey Floyd

Friday night I went out to see Alien Covenant. It was very good. This was a sequel to the Prequel Prometheus. While Prometheus ranked in big bucks it raised a lot of questions and I was hoping we would get some answers in Covenant. We did a get few but we also have more questions. For starters why did you cut the dinner scene? During the promotion of the movie they put in a scene called “The Last Supper” is was well done and gave a great intro to our characters. Here it is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuU5YwMx1EI you might have noticed James Franco in that clip as the captain. I know you didn't know he was in this movie either. This scene is not in the movie however, the movie starts with an accident that kill Franco’s character in a ball of fire literally. You also never get a real chance to meet the crew get to know them. So, Michael Fassbender is back but he’s not Adam? Right, in a very elaborate trailer they unveil his character like a new toy.  Meet Walter
The upgrade from Adam who is here to help the team. Unlike Adam Walter is not designed to be creative and have his own endeavors which put Adam on the genocidal path that he is on. Which brings me to this (Warning Graphic)
What the Hell is that thing? This creature is called a Neomorph and its origin is very unique in facts it's more dangerous than the face hugger. These guys got infected without even knowing it. What happened to the survivors of the Prometheus? The movie does give us a answer to that sadly it not a

happy one. But I will not give that away!!!
I want you guys to get off you butts and into the theatre. There are some flaws, characters gullible dumb, worst space captain ever. Which i find rather disturbing since there are some great writers for this film. Seems like they just got a little lazy. Also, but all in all I did have a very fun experience watching this film. If I watch it again the dissection will be brutal but it was better than the previous installment. But it left me without a full story which is a huge misstep. If i had to give this film a grade we’re looking at a B-. Next week I plan on hitting the high Seas for the 5th time.
